great access to osaka's best parks and attractions
I loved how easy it was to walk to the Floating Garden Observatory, which was just 1.5 km away, while Osaka Castle Park was a pleasant stroll of about 3.5 km, allowing me to soak in the city's beauty without needing public transport. this place was a total gem for a single traveler seeking famous landmarks and relaxing green spaces.

Rooms could greatly benefit from a renovation!!! Furniture layout is awkward, making the small space feel even tighter!!! Train noise is noticeable and could disrupt your rest!!! Dust accumulating underneath the bed is unappealing!!!

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The old-world elegance of the decor provided a calming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive to my requests, making me feel valued.
The view from my room was less than ideal.

The hotel features a stunning chapel with beautiful stained glass, making it a memorable backdrop for any event. We loved spending our time exploring the nearby cafés for meals, and having our beloved pet with us made the experience even sweeter.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available.

Great Experience for Our Family Getaway!
We enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay in a cozy triple room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Proximity to shopping and easy train access were major pluses. Just a heads up, plan your laundry ahead, as there's no on-site facility.

Clean rooms with polite staff.
Finding the hotel was a huge hassle. the directions were unclear, and it took us a while to figure out the check-in process located on the 8th floor. The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped, barely larger than the bed itself, making it difficult to move around. We also faced issues with the weak shower head, which was frustrating during our stay.

Great stay for family travelers
We had a triple room that was surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Staff was friendly and really helpful, even spoke decent English.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the comfort we got, it was still reasonable.

Great spot for a group getaway! We loved the charming chapel and had fun exploring nearby attractions. The staff was cheerful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Getting to the train station was a breeze via the underground path. Highly recommend checking out the local katsu shops nearby and don’t skip on the Takoyaki!
We struggled to find the hotel at first since the directions from Google Maps weren’t very clear.

Great location next to the Kansai airport bus terminal!
The shower head was very weak and difficult to adjust.

A wonderful place with easy access to various transportation options, making travel a breeze. The decor boasts a charming antiquated European style, and the spacious room provided a lovely view of a courtyard. The staff were exceptionally attentive, assisting with a lost passport incident, which left a positive impression. However, the hotel could improve on food variety, as the dining options felt limited, and more attention could be paid to maintaining some facilities.
